CCM Formwork Cleaning Machine
The Formwork Cleaning Machine is built to clean (removal of cement residue) the front and side faces of formwork elements from different manufacturers and of different makes. Additionally the panel face is also cleaned.
Painted, galvanized or powder coated formwork elements made of steel or aluminium can be cleaned.
The formwork facing can also be made of either wood or plastic with the addition of convertors.
The equipment has a cleaning capacity of 130-150 square meters per hour (for average element size and intensity of concrete build up).
Dimensions
Formwork elements:
• Minimum: (L x W x H)
0.80 x 0.25 x 0.06 m
• Maximum: (L x W x H)
3.30 x 2.70- x 0.16 m
Cleaning machine:
• Dimensions (L x W x H) approx.: 3.00 x 4.20 x 2.10 m (excluding dust extraction)
• Working height approx.:
0.92 m
• Machine length when including front and rear tables is approx. 8 m
Function / Equipment
The formwork elements are automatically pulled through the machine and passed through using a roller system and driven by rubber wheels.
Cleaning
Side and front faces:
This is done by cup and circular brushes. Cup brushes are used for pre-cleaning coarse concrete residue and can be optionally switched on or off.
Cleaning
Formwork facing:
The formwork facing is cleaned along the entire length of the element using staggered disc brushes. The individual brushes can be switched on or off according to element width.
Level of concrete residue
The contact pressure of all brush units can be pneumatically regulated and thereby adapted to the elements level of concrete build up. Brush wear can also be compensated by the pneumatic pressure.
Automatic width adjustment
When processing assorted elements, their width can be preset at the control panel. The moveable side of the machine core then automatically travels to the corresponding position. When processing unsorted elements their width is determined by sensors and the equipment core travels to the corresponding position.
