Automatic height adjustment
In the standard implementation the height adjustment is done by the worker electrically. With automatic height adjustment a sensor recognizes the height of the element and the setting of the machine is done by the control. This way unsorted element batches can be cleaned in a time saving way.

Remote maintenance
Using modern remote maintenance, faults in the on-site equipment can be computer analysed. These faults can then be immediately resolved or the machine operator is offered assistance.

Recipe Selection
Recipe selection for formwork systems includes the integration of recipe selection for up to 10 different formwork systems and formwork materials. After selecting the width, the plant will automatically adjust height, width and number of activated surface brushes. After selection of the material of the panel (polypropylene, wood-plastic combos and plywood panels), the control regulates speed and contact pressure of the brushes to a defined value.

Statistical evaluation
Using additional mechanics, sensors and programming, the cleaning performance of the equipment can be captured and evaluated.
